Terms of Use
These terms apply when you download or play the Wheel Block game ("the game"), made by the Wheel Block team ("we"). By playing, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the game. How we handle information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Using the game
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play the game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. The game is licensed, not sold. You may not copy, sell, rent or redistribute it, reverse engineer it (except where the law allows), cheat by modifying the game or its saved data, or use it in any unlawful way.
The game is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU and UK).
Stars, themes and other in-game items
Stars, streaks, themes, twists and similar items exist only inside the game. They have no money value, can't be exchanged for money, and aren't your property. They can't be bought with money; you earn them by playing. Because progress is saved on your phone, deleting the game or losing your device can lose them, and we can't restore them.
Purchases
The game is free. You can buy "Remove ads" through Apple's App Store or Google Play. The store handles payment, and refunds follow the store's rules: ask Apple or Google. A purchase is tied to your store account, so you can restore it on a new device signed in to the same account. Removing ads does not remove ads that you choose to watch for a reward.
Ads
The game shows ads from third parties. We don't control or endorse what they advertise, and any dealings you have with an advertiser are between you and them.
Game Center and Google Play Games
Leaderboards, achievements and sign-in through Apple Game Center or Google Play Games are provided by Apple and Google under their own terms. Names you choose there must not be offensive or impersonate anyone.
Ownership
The game, its name, logo, artwork, code and other content belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us (see the credits in the game's Settings → About). These terms don't give you any rights to them except to play the game.
Changes and availability
We may update, change or stop offering the game, or parts of it, at any time. Updates may be needed to keep playing. We may suspend your use of the game if you break these terms.
No warranty
The game is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we make no promises that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost data or progress. Our total liability to you for anything related to the game is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or takes away rights you have as a consumer where you live.
If you got the game from Apple's App Store
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the game or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it, and is not responsible for handling claims about it (including product liability, legal or regulatory claims, or intellectual property claims). If the game fails to meet any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; Apple has no other warranty obligation. You confirm that you are not in a country under a US government embargo and are not on a US government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. Where these terms don't cover something, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where we are registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you live in the EU or UK, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and can bring claims in your local courts.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.
