Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information the Wheel Block game ("the game", made by the Wheel Block team, "we") collects, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain. If anything is unclear, email support@wheelblockgame.com.
The short version
- There are no accounts. We never ask for your name, email address or phone number to play.
- Your progress and settings stay on your phone.
- We use Google's tools to show ads and to see how the game is played (for example, which levels are too hard). These tools collect some device and usage information, described below.
- We don't sell your personal information.
Information stored on your phone
Your levels, stars, scores, streak, theme and settings (sound, music, vibration) are saved on your device so you can carry on later. They are not sent to us. Deleting the game deletes them.
Gameplay analytics (Google Firebase Analytics)
To improve the game, we record gameplay events such as starting, finishing or leaving a level, the number of moves, the score, twists used, and when an ad was shown. Firebase also collects technical information: an app-specific identifier (not your name), device model, operating system and version, app version, language, and approximate country or region derived from your connection. We use this only in aggregate, to balance difficulty and find problems. We keep analytics data for up to 14 months.
Firebase is provided by Google. See Firebase privacy and security.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The game is free and shows ads, including ads you choose to watch for a reward (such as extra moves). Ads are provided by Google AdMob, which may collect your device's advertising identifier, IP address, approximate location, device information, and how you interact with ads, to show, measure and limit ads and to prevent fraud.
- iPhone: the game asks for permission before any tracking across other companies' apps and websites. If you don't allow it, you still see ads, but they are not personalised using that identifier.
- EU, UK and Switzerland: before personalised ads or analytics run, the game asks for your consent. You can change your choice at any time in Settings.
- Everywhere: you can reset your advertising identifier or opt out of personalised ads in your phone's settings.

Purchases
If you buy "Remove ads", the payment is handled by Apple's App Store or Google Play. We never see your payment details; we only receive confirmation that the purchase was made.
Game Center and Google Play Games
If you choose to sign in to Apple Game Center or Google Play Games for leaderboards, achievements or cloud saves, Apple or Google handles that sign-in under their own privacy policies. We receive your player identifier and display name for those features only. You can play without signing in.
Children
The game is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU and UK). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has used the game and information was collected, contact us and we will delete what we can.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU and UK, or California law in the US), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information about you, to object to or restrict its use, and to withdraw consent. Because we don't hold accounts, most information sits with the services above; email us and we will help, including asking Google to delete analytics data linked to your device. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
International transfers
Google may process information in the United States and other countries. Google uses legal safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, for these transfers.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. Significant changes will also be noted in the game.
